I am Luisa Fernanda Marulanda. I trained in payroll and employee benefits, then in human resources and business administration, and today I hold an MBA. Before founding Sala Laboral I lived the day-to-day of companies from the inside, from leading HR to running a small business, facing the same challenges you face today: managing teams, watching every peso and growing a business without neglecting its people.
That is why I believe in people. Behind every payroll, contract or filing there are families, dreams and real lives. My promise is simple: humanity, clarity and solutions that actually work. No detours. No empty formulas.
